CDCR’s Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is conducting its sixth annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The survey – which takes about 10 minutes to complete – provides every CDCR employee with the opportunity to have a voice in the future of IT within the Department.

The responses and suggestions regarding your experiences with IT and customer support over the past year will serve as a valuable tool to EIS in evaluating IT performance and services, said EIS Director Joe Panora.

The survey also helps in identifying future goals and strategies to ensure EIS is responsive, interfaces efficiently and effectively with employees’ daily responsibilities, and meets the Department’s mission to ensure public safety and security, he said.

The deadline for completing the survey and having your voice heard is Sept. 6.
